Some of our borrowers are focusing on 4 bed 2 bath section 8 to push those numbers even higher.I pay close attention to 4-bedroom homes in Memphis for S-8 clients 

@Ewa Reza Are you asking where to stay when you go to Costa Rica, or are you asking if you were to buy your own AirBNB in Costa Rica, where would you buy it and should it be a 2 bed room or 3 bedroom?

I would say high-quality bedding, cozy outdoor spaces with firepits or seating, and thoughtful touches like local coffee bar setups.

Turned into 4 beds, 2 baths.

Single family 4 beds, 2 baths, attached 2 car garage, Complete gut rehabbed.

So at this point, IDK, I think maybe the Boggy-man looks under his bed to see if I'm there, lol.   

You also had at least 3 blinds to replace at the 3 bed place.Again some of the stuff from the second place should have been billed to the tenant (ie reattach thermostat, missing blinds, etc).If you want to have the ability to do the repairs yourself, then talk to your PM; but you need to do them quickly to make sure the place can be ready for the next tenant.

It is a side by side duplex, both two bed two bath units.
