Heaven is expensive:) When they are freezing up in the north we will be riding around in our convertibles wearing shorts and drinking iced tea:) When the right deal comes along, I can pull 100% out of the house posted above if needed and yes, returns are infinite.

I'm sure most of the applicants would be Hispanic anyway, and anyone else would know the demographics of the neighborhood and decide whether it was their cup of tea or not.

I think they fill a great niche in the market not my cup of tea but I don't think I can say anything good or bad about them.
