Ok no ONE brought this up.but if your house hacking IE living in one of the units  you have the right to discriminate against anyone you don't want to rent to .. this is federal law.. check the republic of Eugene law. but that is one of the great benefits of living in your one to four unit. you can totally pick who you want to co exist with.I understand you inherited this tenant..

I heard recently that Old Republic (home warranty company) recently changed their policy that if the condenser needs to be replaced, they'll also replace the matching handler at no additional fee.Any insight on the topic is much appreciated!

And we have our internal issues: most of the country can't even agree on who has the facts right, our confidence in elections is on par with an African republic, and the political believes have grown ro something similar to radical religions; you can't reason with true believers.

Hi Jordan,In Czech Republic it's just a matter of looking up the owner in the cadastre online (make sure you know the apartment number inside).I do know that it may be harder in other countries though: either pay or contact the local "mairie" there...Anyways, Google is your friend, as we say in IT :-)
