Needless to say - WE GOT THAT SHORT SALE APPROVED!!!!!

Needless to say, I've decided to pass on making an offer.

Needless to say, I am doing a "flip" of the house I am living in.

Needless to say, when the renewal notice came I didn't think twice.

earlier this month, ac went out at 1 of my rentals. it was a saturday afternoon, 100 degrees & humid. needless to say, my normal HVAC contacts were busy. i got a kid out there; he told me I need a new condensor & wouldn't be able to do it until monday. he thought a condenser w/ go for $500 + $200 labor. on monday, says condenser goes for $900+!

2 rooms of carpet were totally ruined and had to be replaced, there was dirt and cobwebs in all of the bedrooms, windows had been left open and rainwater allowed to come in and stain the walls, hundreds of gouges and anchors left in the walls, oven dirty, floor and wall behind stove and refrigerator had a half inch of dust, dirt and food, etc, etc, etc.So, needless to say, I've had to spend a considerable amount of time and money getting the place back into rentable condition.

Needless to say it's taken my partner a lot of time and effort.

Needless to say the Buyers she represented never saw the deal as the agent put her own needs and wants ahead of the Buyer's needs & wants.

So needless to say I couldn't get enough sales to the closing table fast enough to actually make a decent income.

Needless to say, I won't loose my house (like some) but I don't want to loose the momentum I had going with my business.
