We have one vacation rental in West Jefferson, NC that seems to be going well.I'd be interested in hearing from other real estate investors from the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill area.

I also like Portage Park, Jefferson Park, Logan Square, Albany Park and Edison Park for investment purposes.
