I started getting the itch again about 2 years ago.

The source of the fear takes the form of a incessant voice in the head and/or physical discomfort (itching,unnecessary movement, tension, short of breath, rapid heart beat, etc.)

My one buddy has been itching to get into RE.

The numbers line up, which is elegant and scratches my OCD itch, but it make no sense. 

The idea is to make money, not own rentalsjon, i love that...i think we're all guilty at times of settling bc we are itching to get a deal done..great advice for you jennifer...prob not what you want to hear though, as if you're like most, you are excited to get started

Here my issue: I have investors all over the country ready and itching to buy real estate.

Most issues that come up are small jobs that I could do, but I have to pay someone to do it and pay 2-3 times as much.If you're itching to get started just know that it can be done successfully, but can also be a pain.

The original plan was to live in the condo for 5 years and then rent it out so we could buy a house, but I have an itch to buy something before that to rent.

So I also have a good understanding/ability to learn the numbers side, as well as a never-ending gambling itch to scratch.I hope to get more involved in the BiggerPockets community while linking up with somebody to learn from in the Madison area. 

Just browsing through these past couple days, I have that itch again.
