Needs roof and plumbing immediately, contains mold in finished attic and unfinished basement, active Knob and Tube but was not an issue obtaining insurance, needs GFCI upgrades throughout, some masonry work on porch, chimney and exposed foundation, wood/stucco siding both in rough shape, poor grating, needs 2 bathroom remodels and 1 kitchen, 2 range, 2 dishwasher, 1 fridge. 

It's likely Knob & Tube and it ALL needs  to be replaced.BTW: this is the right time to consider upgrading the service -- that means new lines from the Pole, new meter and 120/240 service at about 120amp, 200amp still better. 

The water level in one of the toilet's tank was too high and water was flowing into the overflow tube.

I've had knob and tube replaced on quite a few properties.

The thinking is get massive properties at whatever cost necessary because the bond market will soon go down the tubes.
