@Elizabeth GoodwinI highly recommend listening to some of the pod casts on here, read some books, and attend your local REI club meetings. 

Jason - I am working with Freedom Homes out of Troutman NC, a Berkshire Hathaway holding - going to build a mobile home with a steeper roof pitch versus mod to save 15k in build cost - looks just like mod -seems a good deal so far dw 

I am a new BP member (binge listened to all the pod casts in a few weeks) and relatively new at investing in real estate.

I read or heard one one of the pod cast FHA is great for house hack and then switch to conventional and recoup some money back and repeat.  

oh yea I have this bigger pocket has deff help out i found the list of the top 20 books so I'll be knocking one of those out each month and the pod cast have been a plus  I feel like Im missing something else we talked about can you trow something out there ?
