No offense to a the hard money lenders on this site, but I am over hard money and have been looking for a silent partner/private money lender for almost 2 years now. 

No offense to realtors but they are soft, human and often un educated outside of the RE exam.

Sounds like you have a construction background, that can mean a lot of things to a lot of different people - NO OFFENSE.

A lot of other people find cold calling/door knocking annoying and generally offensive.

Basically,  no matter what a person did prison time for,  so long as it wasn't distribution of drugs or a sex offense, then owners/management companies need to consider those people for housing. 

If I were a lender, no offense, you would probably be the worst market for me and I would likely not give you another loan.

Smokers have a hard time understanding how offensive smoke smell is to non smokers.

Class 3 offenses are the least serious type of misdemeanor crime, but if they are a repeat offender they may not be answering the phone because they are busy for up to 20 days over at the Wake County Detention Center.

I'm a little bit concerned whether that would be considered as unethical or offensive (of course, unethical is too strong a word here - but you get what I mean), just like when you buy a house, the buyer agent does not want you to work with other buyer agents.
