This question is for people who have actually done this themselves or have relevant experience I’ve had good luck developing some older lots in a neighborhood in Central FL Found one lot I bought from Facebook Market place, another via Zillow and another by word of mouth from a neighbor I have looked up the owners of the few other lots.
