Best way to contact vacant land owners?

This question is for people who have actually done this themselves or have relevant experience

I’ve had good luck developing some older lots in a neighborhood in Central FL

Found one lot I bought from Facebook Market place, another via Zillow and another by word of mouth from a neighbor

I have looked up the owners of the few other lots.  I have names and addresses.  One I found a phone number via Google search

What way have you found best to try and contact the owner and in what capacity

—-  Via formal letter, with letter head, company name etc?

—-  Hand written or computer printed friendly neighbor type of letter?

Do you include the price you can offer something like $xx,000 we pay all closing costs and can close in 7 days at your attorney’s office if you like

Any real world experiences are much appreciated
