I have browsed and read many different articles and forums on the web for the past few years but have never took the steps to act.

Almost 70% of my business has come through door knocking.I didn't join bigger pockets to drum up more business, although that would be great if it did, I mainly joined because after browsing the website a couple times and reading some forums I could tell that it was a great community of like minded people that were willing to share and help each other out.

I notice the best deals last less than 24 hours on the MLS , I would have your realtor put offers to tie the property up before you view it to save time.I would spend atleast 2 months browsing all new listings, this will give you a great idea of what you're market values are

As of right now I have about $2.5k in my bank account but by the end of the summer I could probably get it up to $5k.It seems that through my quick browsing there hasn't been too much written about this...

I browse the web, but I mainly do alot of driving... 

After years of browsing finally decided to post...so much valuable info on BP it's ridiculous!

I haven't bought anything there yet, just browsing and researching still but my interest has peaked for that area.

I am still browsing the site and deciding where to begin.

If I were in your shoes, I would start by reading all the books I could about REI, listen to the BP Podcast & browse the forum's.
