Hello all! I am a new member in the MPLS area.
I am looking to get into Single family, Multi_Family, Apartments.
I have to say this all started for me back in the days of Carlton Sheets. My mother told me I should get into real estate and bought me the course. I studied it and listed to it as much as I could. With Analysis Paralysis" and fear, Idid not make any deals but did take the jump and got into the industry. I did take a job in customer servicing for Norwest Mortgage back in the day. I also worked as a mortgage broker before the bubble crashed. I worked with title companies to get insufficient title docs sent out to make a the full loan doc package. These loans were then sold as Wholesale. So i took some kind of direction out of it.
Since I have had a major health issue and have hit a bottom. I am trying to put forth an effort in order to get out of this bottom and make a better life for myself and hopefully my son. What better time to start then now! I have taken a renewed interest in the RE life and hope to accomplish goals and memories.
I have not been around BP for long at all, still learning the site. Bit am anxiousness to get going. Hoping to be apart of a successful team learning and hopefully teaching at some point.
I came upon BP from watching some Robert Kiyosaki videos and up came BP on my youtube roll. I was then attracted to the podcasts and got my flame rekindled.
I am hoping to get into single family residents, multi Fam., Apartment complexes down the road (?). Building passive income, creative deals, I am open to more. I am open to learning anything that I can saturate from others.. I am still browsing the site and deciding where to begin. I am a renter and the gut feeling is to look at a multi-fam to start the endeavor.
So for now, thank you and be safe. :)
