I'm not holding my breath though, and am looking at properties in other HOA's. 

Take a breath, and look at small steps, singular actions, that can have amplified positive results.

That material is like velcro to hairs and doesn't breathe well for hot sleepers.

I gotta co-sign with Jeff B. on this as far as the enclosed link showed there is no benefit to the consumer, REIs not even small banks, only the trillion dollar financial institutes will breathe a sigh of relief via the CHOICE Act.

But, I won't hold my breath for that, even if there's victory in a lower level court it'd likely lose an appeal.
