I have a large 2 bedroom near Dulles International Airport and within walking distance to a large Mosque.Each bedroom is a Master Suite with Master Bathroom.I want to let someone rent out one bedroom and AirBNB then other bedroom for $60 - $150 a night depending on conditions.

Between Sanford airport, the Sunrail, and Halifax Health, I think growth is going to be inevitable along that roadway.Right now, the majority of new residential construction is being done by D R Horton.

Turned out we were too close to San Jose airport.

Eventually, I will add a few more to portfolio, and I can scale dedicated maid service, airport pick-up and drop off.

An additional thing to consider is that the Knoxville airport is currently under expansion which is designed to increase the capacity for the number of larger planes it can accommodate.

I was there in 09.. flew my plane into the airport there and it was really cool airport right on the water.. but it was a ghost town them.. all sorts of boarded buildings etc.. but blue water.. very pretty.. as you say the market has come back and that is good.. no one wanted to buy 15k houses that stayed at 15k for ever right??

Who would rent far from desirable areas to be in (downtown, airport, etc)?
