There are a lot of companies, I would say a majority based on the mastermind's I have attended where the companies beleive that if an item has more than 2-3 years of useful life left in it, then it does not need to be replaced.

She also hosts weekly masterminds for investors and agents.

I am in the Boardroom Master Mind which is one of the largest real estate/wholesale masterminds in the country.

Coming up with new ideas is the best way to overcome, ask other investors and mastermind, like we always say you either find a way or an excuse!

Wasn't pleasant while going through it, but the wisdom & experience in hindsight is priceless.At my Storage Mastermind just a couple of weeks ago we discussed this exact topic. 

I have since teamed up with somebody here  who is active on BP and who I met through a real estate mastermind group that I am part of.  

Attend REI groups and meetups and network with other experienced investors.Start with finding cash buyers.You will learn a ton from them and as you build a relationship they can potentially become a private lender or even partner with you on some deals down the road.Best way to find cash buyers is networking at local REI meetups, masterminds, Facebook groups etc,Also Realtors, title companies and closing attorneys, property management companies, auctions, Craigslist.

I am a member of BetterLife with Brandon Turner and have a mastermind group, but it's new and hasn't proven very useful yet.
