I always listening to a podcast where the girl was making a killing in northern California.

So I bought it with the intention of owner financing it to the girls( two sisters) Long story short they never got up a down payment but did wind up renting the house.

I have two of my own, both rescued. 2 girls Diva and Jawsly.

My first listing was a referral from another client.To break it down as far as chain of referrals to actual clients is something like this:my girlfriend's financial adviser referred my first rental client who then referred my first listingSo basically my girl's financial adviser was a guy who we were good friends with and would hang out with a regular basis for dinner, drinks or whatever.

I want to stay in the school district where my girls go to school.

My first renters were 14 college aged girls.

It is the same section that publishes the request for marriage license showing the 50 year old guy wanting to marry the 20 year old girl.

I grew up in Olympia...now I'm a Florida girl :)

The prettiest girl at the dance has issues just like any others.

I am definitely a numbers girl and love seeing it laid out this way.
