MLS is tough nowadays so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

It seems that those two avenues are what are really working nowadays.

I think my main problem nowadays is that I don't know how to understand the real estate market here.

The stock market is very volatile nowadays, and I seen a lot of people making a mistake of keeping  short term money in stock market ... let me just say they are not happy with that decision.This is just my opinion.
