I also receive about 20k from VA disability from my time in the Marine Corps.  

His partner has a disability and is "just wanting out", so I'm getting the impression that there is at least the possibility of a deal.  

We primarily operate group homes for individuals with Developmental Disabilities or Mental Illnesses.

How about those who are on fixed incomes, like students, disabled, elderly and low income?

Those who hold institutional notes are usually in a much better financial position, they have health insurance, disability coverage, tons of life insurance, cash reserves to pay for the oooops that come in life.

They are very handy and are not physically disabled like me.
