I do most of my work with other investors here in the Berwyn, Riverside and Brookfield area near where I live, but my office is actually in Chicago.  

In 2014, Elgin completed the Central Business District Streetscape Improvement Project and the Riverside Drive Promenade.

The properties are all in Riverside County, but I live in San Bernardino.

@John DeMayo - A 4 BR in my neighborhood near Glen Park would go for $4K, but Vis Valley is a working class hood containing the city's largest public housing project.

We are pretty well-versed in Riverside, Avondale, Murray Hill, Lakeshore, San Marco and St Nicholas (and also Brooklyn if you can somehow find something there).

(I went to the Glen Allen, VA location as I was living in VA at the time of my test.)Pearson VUE is a lousy company as far as I am concerned.  

There are a few exceptions within Glen Cove, specifically on Magazine Street heading East, but in general this is your best bet.I know there are condos that are for sale in that area that might be a good first bet for an AirBnB, but make sure the numbers work out.
