Newbie RE investor looking for like minded people

Hi BP community, I’m new to BP. I’m out near Rancho Cucamonga. Currently I work as a lender but I’ve been trying to learn all I can about real estate investing and buy and hold strategies. I just started analyzing deals, but hope to pick up that first deal soon. I hoped to connect with others that are already doing flips and buy and hold/property manage. I don’t know too many people that might be contractors or private lenders, and I don’t know any property managers. Just hoping to network with people that might be of liked minded in the same area.
