It's not rocket science, all you need is highschool math and english, be able to listen, read and follow instructions......and motivation.

I plan to start investing in the Charleston and Mattoon areas of Southern Illinois.I am currently living abroad and teaching English in South Korea.I have been able to make a good savings while living here.I plan to use that money as a down payment on a rental property.This website is amazing and I have been learning a lot from reading and listening to the podcast.Hope to meet some of you in the future.

i have 11 indiana properties under contract recently. the seller was fine with signing 11 separate contracts for the 11, but yesterday the seller asked me if i could just use one contract for all 11. my only issue is if i do 1 contract for all 11 properties will i need to sell them all to one investor or can i sell them each separately with just one contract. if so how would i word the contract so that its not confusing for them to understand. they are from overseas and dont speak very good english.

Also, I do have a side business as an online English Instructor here, which I'll continue to do stateside, hopefully more and more.

The pay off would be 2 people in third world with phones could transact in dollars with out any knowledge of the US or speaking English.  

The application and process for unpaid rent (if you are able to read French, I would recommend following the Régie site en français as the English translation is frequently cumbersome).
