My name is John and I am originally from Illinois.
I plan to start investing in the Charleston and Mattoon areas of Southern Illinois.

I am currently living abroad and teaching English in South Korea.

I have been able to make a good savings while living here.

I plan to use that money as a down payment on a rental property.

This website is amazing and I have been learning a lot from reading and listening to the podcast.
