You paying for lunch or dinner should get an hour of "free" information.

Lately I've walked into too many empty rentals where fleas have announced "dinner has arrived!"

Many of us get together for property tours and dinner meetups but that might be a little difficult to participate in from China.  

From what I understand is that these condo's will be unique with more of a community feel to them offering: community dinners and activities etc....The main negative is that it will increase traffic and parking in the area which is already decently busy for the size of the town.

As Jay Papasan said the tenants that this property attracts are the types that I would "invite to dinner" with good credit and spotless backgrounds.

You're not going to skip dinner and ask her to jump into bed.

I'd be willing to answer their questions on an open public forum such as this as that added exposure brings me value but coffee & an irrelevant sum of $20 per day doesn't bring any value to me.Rick forgive me I forgot his first name. he did a lot of posts on how to do probate.. but when you went to his websitehe had a price list.... buy rick a cup of coffee   500.00   3 hour consult 1500 .00 so on and so forth.I did a little of the hey I would like to buy you lunch when I first got on BP .. guess who ended up paying  ( that's right me I would see the puppy dog look so I would pick up the tab) now I might do it once a month or less but I meet at whole foods buy my own coffee and make sure its in my daily routine between my bank and home.. and I am buying what I am going to eat for dinner.. 

Start getting in touch with them and have lunch, dinner or drinks with them to catch up.

Just happen to stumble across this and kinda ironic but a few weeks ago I was having dinner at the bar in Friday’s in Wilkes barre and met a guy who is a district manager for a car rental company and his boss wanted him to get an apartment in the area instead of staying in hotels.

Even if y'all haven't met in a while, it could be a good excuse to put off some chores around the house on a Saturday morning 😉@Brian Alfaro Even though I am in NW Houston, I would love to come down and try some of your delicious coffee.
