Great space until about 5:00-6:00 p.m. when the ka-thump, ka-thump, ka-thump music started. 

I am concerned about the market for it in the area as I feel the there may not be a music scene in the surrounding area, but then again I am not in the music scene myself.

The police are better than me at getting music turned down and once police are involved, usually everybody starts getting along.
