As I don’t think that’s very easily attainable, if at all.

I started out wholesaling but I completely hated it because a lot of buyers are not serious, and in the New Jersey market many leads that I attained that I intended to wholesale would take forever to close.

I like your ambition, and I think you should go for the purchase which is very attainable/realistic.  

In working toward that goal we are currently pursing some easier to attain single family homes that we can fix and flip.  

So if we list under the same acct, IF we both get 5/5 ratings, then we attain Superhost status faster, and Guests have more confidence in renting our respective properties. 

I'm as honest as the day is long and I'll work hard to help you attain your goals, but at the end of the day I want to get paid for my time.I think it's a good idea to network with investors.

As I learn more and become crafty with making good deals regularly I want to be someone the newbe's after me can lean on to achieve the success that I aim to attain.

I am also interested in trying to attain these contracts.
