I'm not familiar with this subject so could only go what they Recorder's office told me.I also checked with the Treasurer and their are no back taxes on the property.

Thanks, Daniil.I'm not sure if a realtor can search the MLS for that info or not - or whether they could narrow it down to absentee owners.I can search our assessor and treasurer's websites easy enough - I would have to look at each individual record, though!
