I was hoping that there may be a little lee-way for some lenders potentially to work around it or if by fluke, there is a way to adjust the FHA loan program to accommodate to religious preference, which I can assume may not be available.And yes you are correct, Interest or Riba as it is called is forbidden due to it being exploitative to whoever pays that interest.

Is anyone aware of an Atlanta-based BRRRR meetup, mastermind, or any thought leaders on the subject?  

The issue I am having though is I can not find any leaders to work with remotely. 

I now have Legal advise from attorneys, Legally prepared documents for my business, Contracts, Joint Venture agreements, LIVE one on one ZOOM calls with active community leaders helping me succeed, Underwriting, Lead generation, Acquisition strategies...once again, the list goes on and on. 

Lenders prefer to deal with people who have experience.Solution: Try it on a smaller scale with some inexpensive houses first and build a reputation as a the project manager/leader from start to finish.2) Your credit is not the best.
