Who are the BRRRR thought leaders in Atlanta?

Hi, all. I've been buying and renovating houses in Atlanta with the BRRRR method since 2014 with a decent sized portfolio under management. I'm looking to connect with other Atlanta investors that are executing the BRRRR strategy or interested in learning how it's done.

Is anyone aware of an Atlanta-based BRRRR meetup, mastermind, or any thought leaders on the subject?
