The cogwheels move slowly at first, but if you stick with your choice they will gain momentum and power - until finally they are running by habit.Most investors do their work afterhours while holding a regular job, myself included.

I went from a dead stop, to full speed ahead and killing it, to slamming into a wall and losing all momentum in real estate within 3 months. 

Getting momentum in the beginning can be very difficult, so finding a brokerage that will provide you resources and support you need can be make or break.

Add value, give your experience when you can, and keep the momentum moving. 

I just don't have the money to purchase a home right now, but want to get some type of momentum into the RE market.

Keep the momentum going one day at a time.

Momentum is so huge.
