I guest it takes me a long time to learn my lessons because it is a long trip to Las Vegas and I am a serious buyer, but every time I looked at multi-unit properties in Las Vegas I was depressed because every multi-unit property is ghetto trash and when the properties when the properties selling today for $100k to $150k were $50k I would still not purchase then because the properties and the tenants are so trashy I would not want to have to so the constant maintenance necessary to keep up the properties and I would not want to deal with the type tenants who live in those properties.The multi-unit properties always look nice in the pictures, but trust what I am saying and don't waste your time.
