what are the requirements for a room to be considered a bedroom? My concern is a sloped ceiling.

Here 80 square feet, closet, direct access (not through another room) and I think it needs an egress window or a second egress.  The 80 square feet has to be a walkable height as I recall but not sure if that is 7 or 8 ft. Check your local building code.
