You can always do a small bump out on the new cabinets on the right (closest to where you were standing when you took the first photo) to provide a bit more counter space, storage and a place to pull up a couple of stools to eat at (while facing the back door).

Hey Fransisco,The closest 2 REIA's to you that are part of the National REIA are the Austin REIA (AustinREIA.org) and AlamoREIA (AlamoREIA.org).

I would anticipate appreciation in the Eastern part of the county which is the area closest to the new factory.  

Basement is fully finished and the closest shower/bath is 2 floors up.

The closest attractions or events, other than golf, are about an hour away.
