As far as the quality of contractors, I can't say because I've never used someone from that website.I personally try to avoid contractors that pay to get my lead, because ultimately their advertisement costs are rolled onto me.

But as we all know most of the "solutions" that are being pushed are going to only ultimately make housing harder to find and more expensive.I wrote a fairly extensive letter to my tenants when I brought on the PM explaining my reasons for doing so and what it would mean to them in the long run.
