Massachusetts Landlords: Proposed Changes / State Sanitary Code

Are other Massachusetts landlord's aware of proposed changes to the state sanitary code?   The changes would require an "Integrated Pest Management Plan" for certain properties, add new requirements for Landlord to prevent mold, etc.

Wow.   The legislatures continued drive to add regulations for everything will cause costs to increase for landlords.

Rents will rise as a result.  This will hurt the lower income people that the rules was probably intended to protect.
