The whole city has sky rocketed in price however, so I’m just waiting for the market to take any downturn. 

This is not rocket science and it is the closest thing I've ever seen to printing money.

Quicken/ Rocket Mortgage it was 96.5% LTV. 

If you don't have your properties on 30 year notes your payments are going to sky rocket. 

Has anyone experienced using rocket mortgage to do a brrrr or refinance a deal?

@Raymond Hooks I suggest you get yourself educated abut what you going to invest in...I dont intend to be rude but don't be lazy and make an effort to learn the basics, its NOT rocket since!!

Prices were sky-rocketing too fast.

End of the day get the deal done.. and for use we wont sell a home ( new construction with the following lenders) Rocket  Wells  and a few others.. just a big Pain in the rear dealing with them..

Likewise, not a worthless pre-approval from a Rocket Mortgage or Quicken loans, which are issued before they even receive the supporting documents.Polite persistence and magic phrases don't change any of the above.
