Then it makes sense to spend money on the inspections, surveys, contractor bids, etc.Financials - Review of the financials can be tricky, particularly when the current owner has not kept the books correctly.

Below is a blueprint of the tentative layout, I'm still working with the contractor on stair placement.

I just had the house stained by my general contractors sub and I just found out that he used exterior wood stain throughout the interior of the home.

A real estate agent job may help you in this space, but getting a job with a real estate contractor will probably be better, in my opinion.

My question and discussion point is about, as my contractor put it "putting lipstick on a pig".
