That wasn't much fun :) They also accidently counted my outbuilding on BOTH my house parcel and my out lot parcel, so I was double assessed for it.

Now you put on a metal tee on the end so it cant fall into the hole by accident .Now the fun part , lowering 200 feet of pipe in the well with a 30 lb pump on the end . ( here I got the neighbor to help me so the pipe wouldnt kink )  Everything else I did solo .  

Was there prescreening sifting people out (by accident or design)?

You have been doing this successfully for 14 years and that is probably not an accident.

She likes to say she's "self employed" thats what she calls not having a job....she's one of those people that want everyone to think she's rich but has nothing.. the remodeling of the bathrooms she paid for with money from a car accident, still knowing they will loose the house...Idiot they have no assets for the bank to go after and are about $25k behind on payments....
