We have cleaned up the bay and the fishing industry in Rhode Island and MA are one I am proud of, coming from a state with a corrupt government(FL) that had big sugar causing all kinds of water pollution.

Put out baking soda, flour and sugar mixture, nothing. 

I'm sure they'd rather be robbed by a nameless, faceless internet scammer than their own flesh and blood.

That results in minimal effort going into something you already believe on some level might not happen so you stop before you start.I won't sugar coat it about 80% of new agents fail in year 1 of being licensed.

I have about 30 of them and let the guests take them if they want.Beach towels, plenty of spices in the kitchen, spaghetti & sauce for a quick meal for late arrivals, flour, sugar, oils, etc etc.Plenty of coffee pods in a nice variety.

Even if you were to refinance into a conventional loan and use FHA on your next property, FHA does not allow boarder income (renting by the room) to be used to qualify you unless you are renting to people related to you by blood, which I’m guessing isn’t your plan. 

I appreciate it when people don't sugar coat the truth.
