Those stats probable exist somewhereAgain...I agree with you....Pits are generically prone to be more aggressive than other breeds.....doesn't meant they ALL are.....but its in their genes.

I imagine the generic contracts will work.

This is a very generic rough answer but if you want $4k profit you need to hit at least ~$8k of rent coming in.

lol....all of these real estate websites use algorithms based on some generic formula.

I realize that my question is generic and, in the end, everything comes down to specifics - cities, counties, specific laws-rules, etc.

(That info looks like it's from some generic overseas website it is quite meaningless.

The only way to have a definitive answer is to have a detailed one-on-one discussion.That said, a tentative generic answer to both questions is yes.
