Hello BP! I'm new to BP and new to real estate investing as well. I want to get started in Wholesaling, but I need a little help with developing a Purchase and Sale agreement for the State of Georgia. What is recommended? I've found numerous "standard" forms online, but should I sit down with a lawyer?
