We are seeing movement in the rates, but not what I would expect, given current conditions.I think there is still too much liquidity in the market, and interest rates need to stay higher longer.

We also have it automatically set to AWAY when it does not detect movement.

August is slowing down some of the movement at the moment but I suspect things will pick back up once people are are back from vacation.

Sure you may get lucky here and there, but don't count on it.I certainly would not count on 7% appreciation into perpetuity.

There are others part of this sadistic and vile team, but for now this is the man in immediate proximity to me, who has been working in conjunction with local police and county of Ohio, etc, to contribute to the terrorization perpetuated upon me.

Usually softens the blow and makes for a smoother transition and more fluid movement going forward.
