Newbie from Clemson,SC and Greater Boston area, MA

My first RE goal is to buy a rental in Clemson/Greenville area. I graduated from Furman (Greenville) and Clemson Uni and I am looking to buy a condo or SFH in Clemson area.

My second goal is to buy a primary residence to house-hack in MA (Franklin, Canton, Milford, etc.) since I currently live in Boston. This will be end of next year since I am still saving up for downpayment. 

I am grateful for all the experts sharing their knowledge on the forum. I would love to connect with other like-minded investors, agents, property managers in Clemson area and also in MA.
