Seems like fraud to me but like I said I don't know for sure and i'm not gonna waste my time finding out, because it'S unethical at the very least.I also don't like the fact that the founder of Renatus was the basically the 2nd in command of that Nouveau Riche company.

This is just the tip of the iceberg...I like single family homes because they are affordable, available in my market, command good rents, and have less maintenance of people and facilities than multifamily.
