Its really important to diversify your lead types in a given area to see who is reacting to direct mail most.

The same seasonality happened all across US, from Hawaii to Milwaukee they're all reacted the same way.

How challenging is it to navigate property investment in southeast asia if you're completely naive and don't speak the native language?

The town took its hit in the 80s and shows good signs of coming back/being stable...better restaurants than most, returning native sons/daughters, arts, etc and its starting to see significant investments from Brooklyn and Boston investors. 

Since I live in Korea, it is not that big of deal that my boss knows that I am into real estate.Being a Native English Teacher is considered a short term job and not a career.

However, I am concerned how the renters will react to this complex Walk-In Tub being at the property, causing an impact to the rental value.
