The only thing he hammered home was that I should take the 1-day "Ignite" class - which turned out to be nothing more than a huge pitch for the 8-week BOLD class. 

Once you have that hammered out, you need to speak with a RE attny in your area and your accountant. 

The exact numbers have yet to be hammered out but traffic count/views, the company's rate card, and a 15-20% base ground rent gives us a decent annual payment.

They're out there, hammer away till you get them, and keep/build the relationships that get you the deals, so in the future they'll bring you more.

No idea if a sledge hammer or jackhammer or pick axe would work.

But my advice is to hammer out the details of the deal before fully executing a contract.

I also have others that don't know the difference between a hammer and a screwdriver who would prefer the buy-hold.

LOL.but that was caused by the earthquake and the war.. were you live in OK Oil prices effect real estate and rents.places that got hammered on rent and prices wereFLA   AZ  NV ( Vegas particularly)  Central CA and the inland empire.. and GA..

There are too many to try to hammer one down.I believe that if you know what you are talking about and can relay the message effectively then you have proven your credibility.
