I've recently became a commercially rated pilot and am currently working in the aviation field while I pursue my flight instructor rating.

Don't buy a home with a major negative (airport flight path, train tracks behind, major street, 50 steps to front door, next to or near by a landfill, etc)Create the best floor plan, remodel kitchens and baths, don't skimp on landscaping front and back, shop for best deals on materials.

Can't wait to see buzz bombs flying, say under 2,000 in drone flight routes, hope they leave room for my Jetson car.

Hang out in the cell phone lot at TPA and look at the digital display board that shows incoming flights.
