Letter said looking to buy in my neighborhood...no exact address of my house...same basics... are you tired of repairs or tenants but the difference was she was looking for a home for her 88 year old mother that would be near her so would not be stressful for her mother to move...haha kind of like the car for sale that grandma only drove to church on Sunday but it did get my attention...

I currently work part-time with a bank and part-time with a church.

Brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, people from church, co-workers, etc.

My goals in real estate are to start out fix-and-flipping to make the capitol which i would reinvest into buying and holding for cash flow and then hiring property managers to make it more passive and continue reinvesting a percentage to let the business continue to grow. ultimately my goal is the financial freedom to have a nearly hands off cash flow so I can "retire" to travel and preach the gospel at churches and events at no cost to anyone but myself. 

After graduating from college I moved back home to work full time at my church as a youth pastor.

Seemed impossible to a man who brought his 4 children with just $400 cash and a $5000 debt to the Lutheran Church for the flight to the US.

It is a single family home converted into 4units.I think the seller said he acquired it from a church member, but he lives to far away to maintain it. 

and he seems to have a leadership role in his church and wants to do right. 

I'm in PA but I hail from Jersey and my mom's church is in Paterson!
