I know young is the best time to invest Because I have time on my side- I'd love to know how it all works start to finish.I've read, listened to, wrote notes about a lot of things and now it's time to apply the information but I'm a visual learner -- Somehow I wish I could shadow a legit deal, from start to finish - --from first email/call to the last signature needed to close -- Therefore I know exactly how it works.

The other thing people in real estate seem to have in common, is that entrepreneurial spirit- that zest to be able to visualize something, not just see the obstacles but see beyond them to the possibilities. 

I also recommend and use Trello, a free web site that lets you organize your leads in a visual way and create a sales pipeline arrangement if you like.  

As some of you may disagree, real estate or Julie is impacted and is a visual environment.
