The parts that really require face-to-face interaction are:Technology-challenged clients.When *I* need to verify identity or competency of parties I'm dealing with.Certain parts of litigation.If a client simply must see my face.Most drafting and doc review, I do this remotely through email, scanning, shared folders and docs on my practice management system, telephone, and web-meetings.Texas is larger than most European countries.

You can go along way on the materials cost estimation by going onto Lowe's or Home Depot's web page and shopping it out.Actually executing on the repairs can be very dynamic because of unit turnover, I recommend putting as much as possible into your operating so you can be flexible with expenses.

this problem occurs on every web forumGenerally any threads with 15+ comments I skip completely because that's as much as I'm willing to read through and commenting without reading the full transcript creates low quality posts.
